Raukawa Whanau Ora employ a wide range of qualified experienced professionals within the organisation who are focused on delivering programmes and services to assist in improving whanau well-being within the wider community. About the role Raukawa Whanau Ora was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Te Runanga o Raukawa, operating independently, with an appointed Board of Directors. The Organisation has demonstrated significant growth and positive outcomes since inception in 2015, with further future growth and development forecast and planned. With the recent and anticipated growth expectation, the Organisation is looking to broaden and strengthen our governance capacity, through the appointment of additional Directors. We are looking primarily for Raukawa individuals with a passion for whanau ora, and a clear understanding of our hapu, whanau and Runanga aspirations. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in either health, social services, operational or financial sectors.
