Radio Access Network (RAN) Nokia Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)4 months contract to start with (inside Ir35)ReadingEssential Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in Radio Access Networks (RAN) with expertise Nokia RAN platforms and equipment.Strong understanding of RAN architectures, including 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies.Experience with network automation tools and platforms.Familiarity with network orchestration and service orchestration concepts and technologies (e.g., NFV, SDN, MANO, ETSI frameworks).Understanding of OSS/BSS systems and their integration with network elements, specifically Nokia NetAct, AMOS and its APIs.Experience with bulk provisioning scripting into NetAct and understanding conflict / overload.Knowledge and understanding of RAN Alliance interfaces such as O1, A1, O2 and M-Plane (R1) and how to implement rApp capability in a multi RAT / multi-vendor environment.An appreciation of how the Telecom Security Act (TSA) may impact RAN automation.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.RAN SME-EricssonEssential Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in Radio Access Networks (RAN) with expertise Ericsson RAN platforms and equipment.Strong understanding of RAN architectures, including 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies.Experience with network automation tools and platforms.Familiarity with network orchestration and service orchestration concepts and technologies (e.g., NFV, SDN, MANO, ETSI frameworks).Understanding of OSS/BSS systems and their integration with network elements, specifically Ericsson ENM, AMOS and its APIs.Experience with bulk provisioning scripting into ENM and understanding conflict / overload.Knowledge and understanding of RAN Alliance interfaces such as O1, A1, O2 and M-Plane (R1) and how to implement rApp capability in a multi RAT / multi-vendor environment.An appreciation of how the Telecom Security Act (TSA) may impact RAN automation.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
