R&D Team Leader - Electronics

We are seeking an experienced R&D Team Leader – Electronics to join our dynamic team.
This newly created position will involve leading a team of Electronic Engineers and Technicians within our Product Research and Development Team.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership, manage and coordinate activities related to the electronics aspects of product development, and deliver innovative, world-class frequency control products.
Although the role is based in the Product R&D Department, it requires close collaboration with other core and supporting engineering departments across Rakon's global sites.We are looking for:10+ years experience in electronics-related product development, including hands-on technical leadership and, ideally, people leadership during this time.Advanced proficiency in circuit design, simulation tools, and design verification.Knowledge and experience in using key APQP tools (DFMEA, DVP+R).Proven experience in facilitating and mentoring others in an engineering context.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills embodying the values of a true leader.A minimum of a degree in Electronics Engineering, with a preference for higher-level study.At Rakon, we value problem solvers and strong analytical thinkers who continuously seek to improve our products, business, and themselves.
