Reporting to the R&D & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to innovation programs to build on our 700+ lines in a variety of product ranges including jams, chutneys, drink concentrates and relishes and more to come! This role is mainly hands on, though you'll have the autonomy to make decisions within the research & development team. We are dedicated to continuous improvement and developing our people. That means you'll need to: To drive innovation and development of new products with focus on customer needs and operational objectives. Build relationships and support new products as they are trialed in the Factory with our amazing people on the shop floor and support teams To manage the development process of new products, from concept through to launch, by leading cross-functional teams and effectively communicating new product launches within the company. Be a contributor to a great team and supportive internal network Experience in food or related industries is essential. The role is based in our close-knit community in Geraldine - not crowded, lots of stuff to do, close to the Mackenzie country, ski fields with great schools and community living.
