We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.In a Senior Cost Manager role, you will have knowledge in:Developing cost estimates from drawings and specifications.Managing contracts across the lifecycle of the project.Conducting estimate assurance reviews and associated report writing.Leading the estimating team across a variety of Infrastructure projects, covering aviation, rail, roads and utilities.Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership.Minimum Requirements:4+ years plus industry experienceFull working rights and currently living in New Zealand.A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similarInfrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with aviation or utilities.Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans or parametric cost modelsExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
