Join a respected construction cost consulting business who provide a range of QS services to diverse clients locally and nationally.
Initially supporting high-end residential construction projects, there is the opportunity to broaden your experience into commercial work and PQS work for larger clients.
Reporting to an experienced and respected Manager and supported by a wider team of friendly and supportive Quantity Surveyors, your responsibilities will range across measuring and estimating, tendering through to procurement, contract preparation, and contract administration.
This business has recently expanded and sees more opportunity for growth and can actively support your long-term career ambitions and professional development.
Working in a professional office environment, you will be part of a sociable team who enjoy regular team outings from lunches through to outdoor activities.
Experience Over 3 years of Quantity Surveying / Estimating experience from New Zealand Sound knowledge of estimating and preparing SoQs (CostX advantageous) Related qualifications and working knowledge of NZ3910 Happy to work autonomously and engage closely with clients The success of this business has been based on its team ethos and friendly culture, and it is critical that you enjoy working in a sociable and professional environment with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
