Remedy Resourcing have partnered with a market-leading, high end residential specialist construction company to find an exceptional Hybrid Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager for an exciting 3-year, $30 million residential build in Queenstown.About the Role: In this dual role, you will combine your expertise in quantity surveying and project management to oversee all aspects of this high-profile residential project.
From cost estimation and financial management to on-site coordination and stakeholder communication, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project's success.What You'll Do:Quantity Surveying: Handle all cost-related aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Project Management: Lead the project team, manage timelines, ensure quality standards, and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to drive project milestones and achieve the best outcomes.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in both quantity surveying and project management, ideally within the high end residential construction sector.Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and cost plans.Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Why Join?
