Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Their desired QS/PM would ideally have proven local construction experience and have worked on a variety of commercial projects at varying scales. This role will be more of a Quantity Surveyor than a Project Manager. Hence, it is ideal for you to have a good understanding of New Zealand construction methods, commercial contract law, drafting subcontract agreements, assessing payment claims and variations.
