Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) is recruiting for a well-positioned and expanding PQS practice in Wellington.
This is an excellent opportunity for any ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to contribute to the growth of an expanding firm.
You will be exposed to a variety of projects and accounts, adding significant value to your career and experience.
To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate a career spanning at least 2 - 6 years of experience, ideally with a consultancy.
However, if you would like to make the move from the contractor's environment, we would like to hear from you.
Within your experience, you should show competency with pre-contract functions, including: Cost estimating from concept through to pre-tender Feasibility studies Procurement and contract advice Tendering Value engineering In regards to project experience, you need to have knowledge of commercial and/or civil projects across multiple schemes from $2m upwards.
We would expect you to have: Excellent communication skills Client facing/management experience The ability to interface confidently with stakeholders Unwavering commitment to cost management best practices Solid commercial awareness Drive and ambition This is an opportunity that the client would like to fill as soon as possible.
