About the Role: We are looking for a positive team player with the ability to be well organised, a can-do attitude and an attention to detail. You will have effective communication skills, be comfortable relating to all manner of stakeholders including customers, consultants, subcontractors, and management. Ideally you will have 3-5 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, have the ability to read and understand construction plans and will be looking for a role that will challenge and stretch your current abilities. Key responsibilities include: Tendering, estimating and development of the project plan is a core component of the role.Asist with and eventually lead project methodology development.Project administration including client reporting, back costing, and supplier management.Contract administration tasks including variations and cost reporting.Meeting deadlines and maintaining procedures and policies for company Experience and Skills required: Ideally you will have 3 - 5 years in a similar role.Quantity Surveying degree or relevant tertiary qualification / diploma.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Experience working with Buildxact favourable.
