Your main responsibilities will include managing financial aspects of both Capex and Opex projects, from high-level planning estimates to detailed delivery estimates. You'll also oversee contracts and conduct financial analysis to ensure smooth project delivery.Day to day duties include:Cost estimating and budgeting.Contract management.Cost control and reporting.Compliance and risk managementClient and stakeholder communicationAssisting Project managers with financial and estimation queriesAbout You: To excel in this role, you should possess:A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is preferred.Previous experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry, with strong skills in cost estimation and contract management.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with others.The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.Initiative and sound judgment.Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical skills.Next Steps:Ready to take the next step in your career?
