Your main responsibilities will be: Protect the deal; following budgets
Identification of commercial risk factors
Administration and documentation control
Communicating and collaborating with other stakeholders
Take-offs and estimation

Skills & Experience: Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law and Order or relevant industry
3+ years industry experience in contract management practices
Working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts
High level computer processing skills in Microsoft programmes
Strong communication, team management and leadership skills
Commercial construction experience
