Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission Carry out site measurement, cost estimation and cost calculation Prepare PS3 and other relevant documents for each project.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project manager  Job Requirements  Candidates possess Degree/Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering and M&E or equivalent At least 3 years of working experienceExcellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility Willing to learn Able to work in fast-paced environment
