Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

Protect the deal; following budgets
Identification of commercial risk factors
Administration and documentation control
Communicating and collaborating with other stakeholders

Skills & Experience

Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law, or relevant industry
3+ years of industry experience in contract management practices
Working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts
High-level computer processing skills in Microsoft Programs
Strong communication, team management, and leadership skills
