The Opportunity:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the post-contract phase, collaborating closely with the Senior QS. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring projects stay on budget and within financial targets.
Handling and managing variations to the contract.
Preparing accurate and timely payment certificates.
Leading the process to close out accounts.
Navigating and resolving any disputes that arise.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should bring:
A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
Proven experience in Plumbing and HVAC, ideally within commercial projects.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all your work.
