They provide quality estimating and cost control services to a range of developers, public clients, contractors, and sub-contractors across a range of high-end residential new builds through to commercial projects and government work. Based in their local Bay of Plenty office, you will service local and national clients and work closely with their head office and wider QS team.

The Job Reporting to an experienced and respected Associate Director, you will support their contractor client base with estimating and tendering through to procurement, contract preparation, contract administration, and dispute resolution.
Over time, your role could expand to take on some PQS work and client management.

Experience Over 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience from New Zealand.
Sound knowledge of estimating and preparing detailed Schedules of Quantities.
Related QS qualifications.
Happy to work autonomously in a small office.
