Our pipeline of work is on a growth trajectory, and we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to complement our current team. You could be a QS or Estimator with experience in coordinating and facilitating medium to large scale projects for clients, ensuring costs are measured and tracked to meet budgetary requirements. While your experience is important, finding the right fit for our team and business is equally crucial.
Responsibilities include:
Tendering, estimating, negotiating, cost and budget management
Effective communication with management, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
Delivery of results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining procedures and policies
The successful candidate will have:
A qualification in Quantity Surveying
A full clean NZ driving licence
An understanding of Construction Contracts and the CCA
3-5+ years as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
Experience in the commercial construction sector (desirable)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver on time, every time
