Role responsibilities (not limited to):
Manage Subcontractors: Oversee and coordinate subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules.
Handle Contract Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms and protect project interests.
Address Claims and Variations: Manage and resolve claims and variations efficiently to keep projects on track and within budget.
Report to Management: Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Managers, providing detailed reports and insights to support project success.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Solid experience in civil and infrastructure projects, with a focus on roads, rail, and other major infrastructure works.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation capabilities, and effective communication.
Qualifications: Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
