We are currently recruiting for an intermediate to senior level Quantity Surveyor to join our Auckland team. We are looking for a bright, talented person who wants to broaden their horizons and increase their skills and knowledge in the commercial construction sector. You will build on our successes and continue to lead and deliver our projects by providing effective and accurate financial quantity surveying services in all technical and contractual activities. You will have a solid track record working for a main commercial contractor with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size. The role includes; project financial management and administration of building contracts, final account negotiations, letting and administration of sub-contractors. To be considered for this exciting opportunity we would prefer that you had 2 -3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor; have the ability to work autonomously, and more importantly, enjoy working as part of the team to safely deliver the best outcome for the business.
