We're looking for people who have anywhere between 2-7 years of working experience as a market research and insights consultants.
What you all have in common is experience within an insights agency , the ability to work with diverse inputs and tell a compelling, clear story, enjoy working on juicy client challenges, and want to influence decision making. As a quantitative researcher in our Auckland team, you will play an active role in the delivery of amazing work, you will be responsible for all parts of research and insight process, from proposal and project design to moderation and the delivery of actionable and strategic insights and outputs.

You hold a university degree in your area of expertise.
With working experience in a similar role within an agency or commercial environment in New Zealand (a must), you have fine-tuned expertise in quantitative research, statistical analysis , and applying frameworks and thinking to solve marketing and other organisational problems.
Working understanding of marketing, psychology or social science fields is advantageous. You have a track record of leading ad-hoc and/or tracking projects with ease and impact, backed by solid analytical abilities.
