About the Role: At GravitasOPG you will: Lead Projects: Manage a diverse range of quantitative and mixed-methodology projects from proposal writing to reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the high quality expectations of our clients.
Analyse & Interpret: Uncover meaningful insights from data and communicate them effectively to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
Build Relationships: Liaise with clients, understand their needs, and build strong working relationships.
Contribute to Growth: Play a key role in developing proposals and contributing to the strategic direction of projects.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience in social/public sector research with strong quantitative research skills and skills in, or willingness to learn, qualitative methods.
You will have well-developed written skills, able to write compelling proposals, reports, and presentations clearly and concisely.
You will be able to confidently manage small scale projects independently.
You will be known for managing multiple deadlines and projects and being a positive and supportive colleague who enjoys collaborating with others.
Ideally, you will also have a flare for data presentation.
