What you'll be doing:  Working closely with the product development team, the core focus of your role will be to:  Validate products.Operate and fully utilise the Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).Prepare Pre-Production Approval Process (PPAP) submissions.
Issue product quality documents.What we're looking for:  You will need experience in:  Working with small high precision plastic and or rubber components and assemblies.
Measuring products on vision and touch probe CMM.Completing PPAP documents including PFMEA, Control plans, process flow, SIR and PSW.Reviewing product drawings.
