About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Systems / Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role you will be leading quality and compliance objectives to ensure we are delivering on the required Quality Performance requirements and meeting our ISO compliance requirements for Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental.You will be responsible for ensuring all systems are compliant and delivering the required outcomes. You'll drive a culture of continuous improvement in a manner that enhances engagement while holding people to account, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhanced delivery. You will also investigate and report on safety and quality incidents, identifying root cause and recommending and ensuring improvements are implemented. This role is a key liaison with the client regarding quality matters.About youIdeally you will have:A Degree or equivalent experience in Quality ManagementIn-depth knowledge of AS/NZS9001, AS/NZ45001, AS/NZ14001Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, with experience in auditing ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies and tools such as ISO Standards, Lean Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis.Demonstrated experience in leading quality improvement projects and initiatives, including change management and stakeholder engagement.Leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.What we offerHealth and wellbeing benefits, including massages, health checks and annual flu vaccinationHealth insurance for you and your familyLong service benefitsFlexible work conditions for the right candidateThis role is based in our Christchurch office.
