You'll take accountability for protecting and promoting our brand through safe and responsible products that build trust by monitoring and leveraging customer feedback.About the Role | Mo te TurangaSupplier development and onboardingSupplier WSE maintenance and issue resolutionCustomer complaint trending and action plansInvestigation of Sev 1 and Sev 2 complaints as applicableInvolvement in projects as applicable e.g.
PEAL, ARL, Geographical IndicationsDelivery of Compliance training where applicableWithdrawal/recall follow up and investigationMaintaining a high level of expertise in the relevant regulations that impact Woolworths' products and processesTo succeed in this role you will need to have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, be able to influence through internal and external relationships, and have proven risk assessment skills.
You will have sound knowledge of relevant industry and regulatory standards as relates to Fresh Foods, Long Life, Non-food or other Grocery goods.
