Joining our team you'll take accountability for protecting and promoting our brand through safe and responsible products that build trust by monitoring and leveraging customer feedback. You will be the subject matter expert who is empowered and has the technical capability to provide the business with sound guidance and can help educate and support the wider Woolworths team as applicable.About the Role | Mo te TurangaYou will be responsible for:Supplier development and onboardingSupplier WSE maintenance and issue resolutionCustomer complaint trending and action plansInvestigation of Sev 1 and Sev 2 complaints as applicableInvolvement in projects as applicable e.g. PEAL, ARL, Geographical IndicationsDelivery of Compliance training where applicableWithdrawal/recall follow up and investigationMaintaining a high level of expertise in the relevant regulations that impact Woolworths' products and processesTo succeed in this role you will need to have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, be able to influence through internal and external relationships and have proven risk assessment skills. You will also have sound knowledge of relevant industry and regulatory standards as relates to Fresh Foods, Long Life, Non-food or other Grocery goods.
