This role supports Yoobee to provide exceptional experiences and outcomes for learners, and to enhance practices in educational performance and self-assessment.Key responsibilities include:Provide administrative and coordination support in policy and procedures, and quality assurance events and activities.Ensure version control of all QMS documents.Enable access to QMS for all via SharePoint.Develop an annual schedule and roll out plan (based on start dates) for student surveys and disseminate the schedule across the business.Maintain a comprehensive table of all current qualifications including – title, code, version number, expiry date, date of last assessment, qualification owner etc.About youBusiness administration qualification.Coordination and administration experience in tertiary education setting preferred.Ability to work effectively to support Quality and Risk team and the wider organisation.Ability to work under direction and across multiple projects within a complex educational environment.Work practices are co-operative, and team focused.Effective communication skills.Able to work effectively under direction.Demonstrates personal integrity, trustworthiness, and credibility.Why work with us?Yoobee Colleges prides itself on supporting a diverse and inclusive culture - open to inputs from creative people of all genders, ethnicity, identity, thought and experiences.
