We work passionately to prepare our students to be 'work ready, world ready' for an industry we love . . . and you can be a part of this.To find out more about us, please visit https://www.yoobee.ac.nz/About the roleSupport the Yoobee Colleges Group in providing exceptional quality and risk advice and direction to faculties and the wider organisation, thereby helping to provide exceptional and quality experiences & outcomes for learners, enhance practices in educational performance and self-assessment and to identify and mitigate risk. You will be the point of contact for the faculty for all quality and risk matters.Business Partnering - Build robust professional relationships, working collaboratively with Faculty to provide excellent advice and support on all matters pertaining to quality and risk.Portfolios - Take responsibility and be accountable for assigned Portfolios (as agreed); Support peers in the project space through advice, peer review, practical support.Education & Training - Develop capability in self-assessment and evaluation across faculties and organisation; Embed Quality practices(s) and risk mitigation solutions.Policies & procedures - Active participation in policy and procedural reviews providing advice from a quality and risk perspective.Representation - Enhance quality practice(s) across faculties and the organisation; Ensure the Quality & Risk brand at Yoobee is visible, clearly articulate and staff understand the value of quality & risk in their day-to-day work.About youTertiary qualification in any domain.Experience in the Tertiary Education sector with a focus on quality and risk.Mentoring/leadership experience that supports growth and development.Ability to establish and maintain working relationships that focus on learner and business outcomes.Experienced and impactful educator.Can work effectively across an organisation and multiple teams.Experience in report writing and can adapt style depending on audience.Can understand and work with data to support decision-making.Solution-focused and proactive.Commitment to quality practices and self-assessment principles in an educative context.Why work with us?Yoobee Colleges prides itself on supporting a diverse and inclusive culture - open to inputs from creative people of all genders, ethnicity, identity, thought and experiences.
