Quality Officer

We are looking for someone with high attention to detail who ideally has a working knowledge within the residential trades space to join our Quality team on a 6 month fixed term basis.
This role is a remote role based in Nelson and responsibility will include Marlborough, so regular travel is expected.
You will be a self-driven, independent, and solutions-focused individual to carry out extensive compliance activity to strict timeframes.
Key DutiesEnsuring specific compliance standards are identified and communicated to all stakeholders.Completing audits on completed works and Work in progress checks.Providing clear communication and training to our sub-contractors.Administering and preparing reports based on findings of audits.This is a complex and dynamic environment, and this role requires someone who can adapt to change and help coach our trades to deliver quality work while keeping the Switched On vision at the forefront.
