About the Role

I'm seeking a Quality Manager to oversee all quality aspects on a large solar farm project. You will manage the QA/QC components carried out by subcontractors, ensuring the installation processes comply with industry standards and project specifications. Any previous solar/renewables experience is highly valued; however, QA/QC experience from any construction background will be considered. You will be based on site about 40 minutes from Whangarei, with accommodation provided (if needed). The role is required ASAP.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee QA/QC components on a large solar farm project
Manage the QA/QC of subcontractors, ensuring compliant installation with industry standards
QA/QC reporting with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders
Work closely with the HSE manager to promote a safe working environment
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification
QA/QC experience in renewables or construction projects
Knowledge of Legislation, Standards and Codes; ISO9001, ISO4001, ISO45001 and AS4801 standards
Experience in auditing, investigation and quality reporting valuable
Good communication and people management skills
