We offer interesting and rewarding work that improves the lives of older people and in turn we are dedicated to creating a rewarding employment experience.Qualifications & experienceTertiary qualification in nursing, quality/management or a related disciplineA minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in qualityand risk management.or relevant experience.Ability to relate to people at all levels and across all disciplines in the organisation.Incident management and report writing experience.Preferred experience in aged care or health.Tasks & responsibilitiesProvide support and advice for all aspects of quality, compliance and risk.Runs the Quality System and co-ordinates the quality response. Analyses trends and provides improvement ideas to management.Provides monthly reports to management on the quality outcomes.Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.Prepares reports in accordance with guidelines and requirementsKnowledge of incident investigation tools and processes..Knowledge of Quality Management Systems or Clinical Risk Assurance frameworks.Manage health an safety on the site to ensure that no-one is put at risk from unsafe environments or unsafe practices.Assists in the internal and external audits.Competitive SalaryFree parkingPermanent part-time position 32 hours a week.
