With new ownership and a commitment to excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to uphold our high standards and contribute to our continued success.Role Overview:As the Quality Manager at Contour Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of all manufactured components, both in-house and from external suppliers. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in manufacturing and quality assurance. You will lead quality inspections, implement quality control processes, run our ISO 9001 and work closely with our team to maintain and exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes and procedures.Conduct comprehensive inspections of all parts produced internally and by external suppliers.Oversee in-process inspections to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.Manage the inspection of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with quality specifications.Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality metrics.Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.Ensure adherence to workshop procedures and regulatory requirements.Provide leadership and training to staff on quality standards and practices.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on CNC manufacturing processes.Proven expertise in using measuring equipment and interpreting engineering drawings.Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in quality management software and data analysis.Demonstrated ability to manage quality control processes and lead a team effectively.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.CMM experience will be a great benefit.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career development.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Be part of a team committed to excellence and innovation.If you are a dedicated quality management professional with a passion for precision and excellence, we invite you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
