Quality & Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Quality and Maintenance Manager to liaise with our clients and subtrades, arranging any remedial maintenance work on completed homes, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
We are an award-winning residential building company based in Taupo. We are proud to build high-quality homes of all shapes and sizes for all our clients. Our clients deserve the best, so we are looking for someone to be responsible for ensuring we deliver the best quality for our clients, and the best aftercare possible.
Ideally you will be: Organised with outstanding communication skills and customer service
Flexible and able to prioritise work in an organised and effective manner
Knowledgeable about residential housing
Able to work unsupervised
Capable of working well within a team and self-motivated
Possessing a positive and self-motivated outlook
A proactive problem solver
Having a great work ethic
