Our ambition is to Make Building Better and we are determined to realize it.What you will be doingEstablishing and Maintaining Quality Management System (QMS)Develop and Implement QMS: Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS).Supplier Quality ManagementSupplier Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess supplier performance through metrics such as compliance with quality requirements.Product Design and Development Quality AssuranceDesign Review: Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to ensure that product designs are manufacturable and meet quality requirements.Manufacturing Process Control and ImprovementProcess Control and Monitoring: Ensure that production processes are consistently followed and that machinery and equipment are calibrated and maintained to meet quality standards.Inspection, Testing, and Product Quality AssuranceIncoming Material Inspection: Ensure that all raw materials and components are inspected for quality upon receipt.In-Process Inspection: Oversee in-process inspections at critical stages of the manufacturing process to verify product quality.Final Product Inspection and Testing: Manage the final inspection and testing of finished products to ensure they meet specifications before delivery.Compliance with Standards and RegulationsIndustry and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products comply with relevant industry standards and government regulations.Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)Quality Control (QC): Manage the day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring products meet specifications through inspections, testing, and validation.Quality Assurance (QA): Ensure that quality is built into the entire production process.Non-Conformance and Corrective Action ManagementDefect Management: Oversee the management of non-conformances throughout the manufacturing process.Customer Complaint Resolution: Manage customer complaints and returns related to product quality.Failure Analysis: Lead failure analysis processes in cases of product failures.Data Analysis and ReportingData-Driven Decisions: Use data analysis tools to track quality performance and identify trends.KPIs and Metrics: Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).What we are looking forThe ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company.Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certifications preferred.Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in quality management software and tools.Interested?If this sounds like you, please apply.
