Our ambition is to Make Building Better.The Role: Quality LeadWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Quality Lead to oversee our New Zealand production and R&D facilities, ensuring that best practice standards are reached or exceeded.Main Responsibilities:Design, implement and improve quality systems to futureproof manufacturing.Grow a Quality Mindset and embed it within our culture.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years' experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certifications preferred.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control and regulatory standards.Fundamental understanding of manufacturing systems, processes and control.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to develop strong working relationships with diverse teams.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in quality management software and tools.About the LocationAbout the Salary$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
