Our vision goes beyond conventional boundaries in pursuit of solutions that redefine industry standards to make projects quicker, easier and more cost-effective for our partner companies to achieve.What You'll Do:Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accurate documentation for all operational units.Track and manage staff competency levels, ensuring up-to-date compliance and training records.Equip in-house trainers with the skills to coach, mentor, and raise competency levels across the team.Develop and maintain a skills matrix for each role, providing an accurate overview of competency levels on each project site.Work with the Director of Operations to introduce Lean methodologies, improving productivity through problem-solving, time studies, and more.Identify and quantify productivity gains from competency enhancements and Lean initiatives.What We're Looking For:A background in teaching, adult education, or a related field is essential.5+ years of experience in a classroom or on-the-job training role, with demonstrated success in enhancing workforce competency.A certification or experience in Lean methodologies.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Clear, effective communication is critical, particularly in engaging with diverse teams across the business.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and manage training materials, reports, and competency tracking.Full NZ Driver Licence.Please note, candidates must have the right to work in NZ and meet the requirements of our Drug and Alcohol Policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
