Quality Improvement Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our cGMP improvement programme, acting as a coach and change facilitator. You will mentor and train our people on best practices, always having a quality mindset, constantly being audit-ready, and consulting throughout Douglas to increase the quality culture.
Key activities include training technical and operational team members on how to resolve audit findings and write effective CAPAs, identify trends and support a companywide training programme to lift the quality culture and be the trainer for specific technical aspects.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to provide training to technical and operational team members to address cGMP audit findings and write effective CAPAs. You'll have the opportunity to analyse trends, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of company-wide initiatives that uplift our quality standards and practices.
Collaboration is key. You will report to and work closely with our Head of Quality Assurance. You will also partner with general managers and department heads across our business. You'll create a cohesive approach to quality and compliance that resonates throughout Douglas.
You will be: An experiencedFACILITATOR with a passion for training and lifting the capability of others to achieve performance improvement.APHARMACEUTICAL QUALITY INDUSTRYexpert - you have worked in the pharmaceutical space and understand a cGMP environment inside and out. Our industry is specific and significant experience is required to lead our quality improvement programme.ACHANGEprofessional - who is comfortable guiding others through change, confident to be able to suggest changes and guide implementation.
