Role Overview:
Are you a self-starter with a knack for multi-tasking and a keen eye for detail? Do you excel in process and data analysis and have a passion for leading transformation projects? If so, we want you on our team.
As a Quality and Improvement Business Analyst at PowerNet based in our Invercargill office, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes, ensuring robust documentation, and empowering our leaders with actionable insights through data analysis, process mapping and dashboard creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:Lead the re-engineering and transformation of business processes, documenting these thoroughly to ensure business continuity. Engage with stakeholders to ensure changes are effective and maintained.
Data Analysis:Analyse data and create dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Utilise tools such as PowerBI to present clear, actionable insights.
Documentation:Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and create accurate and detailed mega-flowcharts and process maps.
Facilitation:Conduct workshops and cross-functional meetings to drive process improvements and gather business requirements.
Leadership:Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, effectively planning and managing projects, and driving progress against tight deadlines.
Quality Management:Work within a Quality Management Framework and apply ISO:9001 standards to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Certificate or Diploma in Business Process Analysis, including business process modelling and/or data management, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in implementing process improvement approaches and working with data analytics and dashboard reporting.
Process mapping experience, ideally using Promapp or a similar tool.
Experience working within a Quality Management Framework and Project Management Framework.
Motivated, resilient, and reliable, with the ability to think on your feet.
Strong desire to achieve and challenge the status quo to deliver goals.
Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders.
Proactive, problem-solving approach with excellent analytical and presentation skills
