We're looking for someone with: 5+ years of experience in construction, with a strong background in pavements, surfacing, and drainage.Proven experience as a Site or Project Engineer/Manager with a keen eye for detail/quality.Strong understanding of construction methodologies and compliance standards.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.A proactive and solution-focused mindset.Drive to take initiative and complete tasks independently.Resilience who can handle challenges and setbacks with a positive attitude.Ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions to obstacles.Has a willingness to learn and eager to develop new skills and take on new responsibilities.Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
