The Opportunity We are looking for a Quality Co-Ordinator to join the Quality Team at our Yoplait Dairy manufacturing site in Palmerston North. You will support food safety, quality, and compliance activities across the site to ensure we produce, distribute, and sell products that are safe, of the highest quality, and meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities: Maintain and update the quality management system to meet legislative, industry, and best practice standards.Lead quality improvement projects and the site GMP programme.Conduct internal audits and support the facilitation of external audits.Partner with production and engineering to deliver on food safety and quality objectives, providing technical guidance.Is this the right role for you? We are looking for someone with a background in quality and an understanding of food safety and quality principles, preferably with experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
What we would like to see in your application: Experience in a quality manufacturing or FMCG environment, with knowledge of HACCP and internal audits.Understanding of food safety and quality principles, as well as food production processes and regulations.A degree in Sciences/Food Science/Technology is desirable but not essential.Strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with production and engineering to enhance quality focus.What we offer: You will join a driven team of professionals who enjoy working together, resulting in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.
