About the role To ensure all aspects of the Quality Management System are effectively maintained and consistent with our ISO9001 & ISO14001 management system responsibilities and comply with business needs.

Developing and continually improving a quality-driven 'right first time' approach and ensuring all raw materials and finished goods are to specification and fit for intended use.

What will you do? Coordination, planning, and prioritization of QMS functions. Completion, documentation, and traceability of all ISO/S mark internal audits. Process inspection checks in line with SOPs to ensure finished goods are produced as per specifications. Effective release and coordination of finished goods for sale and handling defective products. Contribution to and implementation of continuous improvements. Maintenance of customer complaints system and site Mango coordination. Initiation of root-cause analyses and continuous process improvements with cross-functional teams. Control and calibration of all site support equipment. Communication and training to ensure ISO9001 and ISO14001 compliance. Staying informed of relevant developments in technology, industry, and market trends. About you Excellent understanding and experience leading QA/QC process inspections and maintaining QMS. Effective communication with a strong attention to detail. Good communication and decision-making skills. Good understanding of Quality ISO 9001 & 14001 system processes. Proven experience in quality control; a background in plastics manufacturing would be ideal. The ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge and confidence in leading the audit process, influencing change and improving outcomes. Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills to flex and adapt to business needs. Certificate/Diploma in Quality-related management systems or similar; Lean Methodology. Why join us?
