Come join us as a Quality Controller in one of New Zealand's largest and newest cherry packhouses.Cherry Partners LP require QC Team Members to be a key part of the cherry grading process in our Packhouse.Key tasks include but are not limited to:Sampling and testing of in-process and final productCollaborate with the Quality Control Manager to conduct efficient and consistent box checksVerify box weights and label accuracyMaintain accurate records of inspections, non-compliance, and corrective actions taken during the packing process.About you:Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify small defects or quality issuesAbility to work independently and impartially, ensuring an objective approach to quality assessmentsGood communication skills to liaise with orchard staff and managementAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, particularly during peak packing periodsStrong record-keeping and reporting skills
