Job Summary We are a growing business covering the Auckland region. At Chatrath Limited, we pride ourselves on helping our clients with residential and commercial cleaning along with flooring. We are looking for two (2) Quality Controllers to join our team. If you have an interest in developing the business and taking it further to new heights, this could be the job for you. Job Description The position is in Auckland. However, from time to time, you will be required to travel to the location of work and may be required to stay there overnight for company-related work. This is a permanent full-time position working a minimum of 30 hours per week. You may be required to work extra hours as needed, from Monday to Saturday, with shifts in the morning or afternoon as required. Experience in supervision, quality checks, or team leadership will be preferred. You will be hired at a competitive wage rate of $29 to $35 per hour. Day-to-day duties may include but are not limited to: An understanding of the commercial industry. Developing quality check procedures. Planning quality check visits to cleaning sites. Coordinating with management at various sites where our staff are working. Developing and conducting customer feedback processes to ensure quality is maintained. Training staff as required to maintain the quality standards set by the organization. Training staff for new sites. Ensuring all staff have health and safety certificates relevant to the industry. Coordinating with site owners to maintain quality. Resolving any issues faced by site owners. Coordinating with management and reporting progress or any issues faced in a timely manner. Preparing training and quality standards manuals. Conducting audits of the sites and other relevant paperwork. Being a solution-focused influencer. Having a strong belief in Health & Safety. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Able to confidently present during audits. Excellent documentation skills. Able to balance the demands of both quality and demand. Computer literacy in Microsoft Suite. Be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and have no past or pending criminal convictions. Be available on weekends. Be available to travel and stay overnight at work locations. Be available on public holidays if required. Be well-organized with good time management. Be honest and have a positive and mature attitude. Have good communication skills. Any other duties as designated by management. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Arts/Medical/Commerce or any other stream will be accepted. Or relevant experience in Quality Assurance Control, Process Control, Cleaning Supervision, or any other relevant experience related to maintaining standards will be acceptable.
