About the Role: As our Quality Compliance Officer , you'll work closely with our Veterinarian and Operations Manager, driving the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting audits, inspections, and reporting on quality metrics
Drafting and refining quality control procedures for our poultry breeding operations
Performing biosecurity and animal welfare audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
Coordinating sample retrieval, processing, and dispatch
Liaising with internal teams and external regulatory bodies
