Our Quality team is the custodian of our customers' and consumers' expectations. It supports the business in achieving a true quality, food safety focused, working environment.
In this varied role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all aspects of quality standards are met and will include completing audits. Using your project management skills you'll be involved in new equipment commissioning, new products launches, new packaging formats.
This is a weekly paid role working 4 on 4 off nights (18:00 - 06:00).
Key responsibilities:
Engaging with all teams to ensure and promote a site food safety and quality culture.
Conducting scheduled audits and ensuring any corrective actions are completed.
Collating and presenting summary trends of Key Performance Indicators for the department.
To actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in self and others.
Being visible and present on the factory floor.
Sounds interesting, what do I need?
The important things:
Formal qualification or demonstrable industry experience
HACCP Level 3
Food Safety Level 3
Ability to deal with people
Even better if you already possess:
Food degree
Internal audit qualification
Good coaching skills
