Visit our website have an exciting position available for a Quality Assurance Supervisor in our Quality Assurance Team. The home base for this role will be the Onehunga office but the successful candidate may be required to work across all of our regional offices.The Quality Team is highly visible in our business and work closely with our operational work streams, Kainga Ora, trades and subcontractors on a daily basis. Accountabilities include quality auditing, providing monthly reports to the business, and contributing to the training and development of resources to support the business. Key attributes for a Quality Assurance Supervisor include:The ability to develop an understanding of contract specifications, industry standards and legislation To audit work both jointly with our client and independently Work collaboratively with the assurance team to promote a culture of qualityBe willing to deliver training to Spencers teams and sub-contractor network Display resilience and an understanding of managing conflictHave a high level of cultural and social understandingDisplay a high level of competency to utilise our IT system, devices, and computer systems The preferable candidate will have the following:Knowledge and background in TradesExperienced in plumbing/drainage and/or gas fittingA full driver's license is required for the role.The successful applicant must be well organized with excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication.If you think you've got what we're looking for, please apply by submit your CV and Cover Letter  Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
