Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and continuously improve our quality assurance processes. Lead a team of QA Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Plan and lead quality assurance functions including quality reviews, moderation analysis, and consistency events. Analyse data, identify trends, and drive improvement strategies. Collaborate across teams to ensure our training, standards, process, and continuous improvement are not just a tick in the box. Drive a culture of quality across every part of our organisation. Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders and senior management. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in quality management within an educational/training environment. Strong knowledge of NZQA and WDC qualification and quality environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A knack for problem-solving and a love for turning challenges into opportunities. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities. A proactive approach to implementing quality improvements.
