About the Role: In this role, you will bridge communication between software engineering and R&D teams, ensuring robust quality assurance practices.
You will be key in improving paper-based processes, utilising analytical insights, and driving strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate communication between QA and development teams.
Oversee and refine paper-based quality assurance processes.
Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
Provide analytical insights to enhance quality processes.
Present clear timelines and deadlines for quality initiatives.
Key Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
Proven ability to think analytically and initiate tasks independently.
Experience in delegating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong sense of humour and social awareness to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
