While our business is Christchurch based, the nature of the work we perform means we operate in different locations throughout New Zealand, therefore flexibility is a key requirement for this role.
Having successfully partnered with various high profile providers in the energy sector, we have established a team in Taupo dedicated to creating a sustainable future with the fabrication of geothermal power stations.
About the role We are looking for a competent Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality aspects on a number of large Geothermal project's with the following attributes to join the team:- Manage all quality and compliance objectives to ensure we are delivering on the installation processes and making sure it complies with the industry standards and project specification.
Any previous experience in this area is highly valued, however QA/QC experience from any construction background will be considered.
QA/QC reporting with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders Has a safe and responsible attitude to Health and Safety and can work closely with the H&S Manager to promote a safe working environment Can work to and understand plans very clearly Ability to work unsupervised While this is ideally a Taupo based role we are prepared to consider anyone Christchurch based where they can work remotely from our Christchurch Head Office .
Qualifications & Experience QA/QC experience in construction projects Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies and tools including Legislation, Standards and Codes Experience in auditing, investigation and quality reporting valuable Good communication and people management skills In return for your great work ethic, flexible approach and high level of common sense, we are offering a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to work and live in the beautiful Taupo.
