This is a 12 fixed term opportunity covering parental leave.
As part of our Quality Leadership team at the Pride, you will manage our onsite lab and influence across the site on quality.
Some of your key responsibilities include: Leadership of the laboratory team - drive continuous improvement, maintain standards and manage 2 quality assurance analysts and 3 quality control analystsBe a champion for GMP, food safety and quality systemsPartner with production leaders across beverage and packaging to provide insights and implement new standards and processesManage the relationship with our chemical supplierFind efficiencies and improvements across cost, waste and other areasAccountable for the lab's P&LIt's an exciting time as we embark on our TPM journey around quality – this role will suit you if you enjoy seeking opportunities to improve and challenge the status quo.
