Attractive salary - 85-95K plus benefitsGreat company culture and working environmentOpportunity to develop/craft the role into your own!About the Role Reports to the Operations Manager, the Quality Lead is responsible for the Safety and Quality across the production line of the business. You will be responsible for collaborating and supporting senior leaders to drive safety and quality culture. What You Will Bring to the Role:Ensuring the effective development, application, monitoring, and reporting, risk management and quality programs in accordance with relevant legislation.Providing technical expertise and advice when investigating any issues raised by Operational managers and staffUndertaking safety inspections and implementing recommendations where appropriate to ensure the company is following best practicesBring a minimum background of Health & Safety experience of two plus years into the role with knowledgeable understanding of NZ H&S Work ActPrevious experience across a production line/manufacturing environmentAbility to build strong relationships and mentorship along with adaptability to be flexible and great time managementEnsure all personnel and contractors working on a site/at a workshop or at an office are fully trained and conversant with the Company Quality, Health & Safety policy, and applicable proceduresWhat's in it for youCompetitive salary offered for the right candidateGreat company culture throughout the business + BBQ shoutsSeize the opportunity to craft / build your own Safety procedures in accordance with NZ Working ActTraining and development offeredBirthday + long service leave offeredIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Kieran .
